Art Histories Untold Stories
Art History's Untold Stories is a project of art historian Nea Tandini produced by Destil Creative Hub that aims to make the rich and complex field of art history accessible and engaging to the Albanian public. This project seeks to demystify the lives and works of great artists, particularly the European Old Masters, by presenting them through relatable and human-centric themes. By offering lectures in Albanian, this initiative aims to break down language barriers that often limit access to such content, ensuring that art history is not only available but also understandable to a wider audience.
The knowledge shared during the lectures extends beyond the physical events, through our podcast series, adding a crucial layer of accessibility and sustainability to the project and creating a lasting educational resource that can inspire and inform future generations.
The Albanian Cinematheque
The Albanian Cinematheque has brought national classics, international programs and special guests at several screening venues in the Albanian capital, Tirana. The Cinematheque team consists of the filmmaking duo, director Iris Elezi and programmer Thomas Logoreci. Together, Elezi and Logoreci have been responsible for every facet of running the Albanian Cinematheque from contacting rights holders, subtitling, booking guests and writing program notes. The Albanian Cinematheque began when Iris Elezi was director of the Albanian National Film Archive. During Elezi’s tenure as archive director screened original 35mm prints from the archive collection of Albanian and international film holdings. In the past two years, the Albanian Cinematheque has partnered and has been supported by Destil Creative Hub in Tirana.

Destil Music Session
Destil Music Session is a platform aiming to promote local, albanian and international artists who want to express themselves through music and art. Our program includes at least two events every month with invited DJs and artists who through their tunes bring people together for unforgettable experiences, be it on our main floor or under the open sky on our rooftop!
